Just an update, all rooms in this flat is taken but my landlord has another flat 2 mins from my place available from 3rd September at £1125 ppm rent + bills. So you can reach out to me and I can share more details of the other flat.

I am a professional female living in this super central London property for over 4 years and looking to find replacements for my current flatmates who are sadly moving back to their countries. I have been living in the property since 2022 and never had any issue with the agency/landlord. I studied at UCL and now working as a Consultant with a Sustainability firm.

I enjoy cooking, going out, working out and yoga. I play tennis/squash regularly so if you do too then it would be ideal. :D Since the place is just 5 mins to Regent’s park and 20 mins to Hyde Park, it is ideal for running enthusiasts.

I am looking for flatmates who will be friendly and at the same time respect everyone’s space.

The location is a steal deal, it is under 5 mins walking distance to Warren Street, Euston, GPS, Regent’s park, UCL, & Mornington crescent. Grocery stores (Tesco and Lidl) are just 2 mins walking. Basically we are at the central, never took a train to Soho, Covent Garden or Camden.


During my time at UCL, Bloomsbury/IOE campus was just 5 mins walk. For my other flatmates who went to LSE, it was 20 mins walk. LBS is 20 mind walk. Imperial is at 20 mins direct tube ride. So a good place for students.


It has a fully equipped kitchen, cleaning appliances, and 2 bathrooms.

Landlord prefers students but professionals are also very much welcome. Bills are not included but come around £100-150 per person per month.
