The property is maisonette flat across the 1st and 2nd floor of a 4 floor building on a private housing estate with a secure block entrance in addition to the front door.

The two bedrooms and bathroom (toilet, sink and bath with electric shower) are on the second floor. A large room (up for rent) and a smaller room (tenant occupied).

The 1st floor consists of a living room and kitchen/ dining room with a breakfast bar.

Please note that whilst just the one bedroom is up for rent, I travel for work and therefore the majority of the time the lodger will have the flat to themselves.

It is a 10-15 minute walk to Euston, Camden Town and Great Portland Street Underground stations and a 20 minute walk to St Pancras/ Kings Cross. Regents Park is across the road and Oxford Street and Primrose Hill are also within walking distance.

I am a professional working in marketing operations, a job which keeps me busy. I spend most evenings and weekends socialising with friends/ family and travelling.

I am open to a couple lodging in the room together or a lodger who would just be using the room as their London base.
