Furnished Double Room with Balcony

Available from 7th January but can be flexible by a couple of weeks. Currently there are two students living in the flat so we would prefer a postgraduate student/mature student or a young professional who will be liable for the council tax per month. We are looking for someone who is very tidy, respectful and no drugs or parties. I am a masters student and the other female is a PhD student. Short term let’s are considered if you are able to find a replacement as the tenancy ends 7th September 2025
