Double room available - close to Regent’s Park

We’ve got a lovely room becoming available in our spacious 3-bed flat spread over two floors, just a 5-minute walk to Warren Street, 5 minutes to Euston, and 2 minutes to Euston Square. Super central and ideally located, Regent’s Park, Marylebone, and Oxford Street are all just a short walk away!

Move-in date ideally to be on the 18th of December but can be flexible to a little bit before x

The flat is bright, clean and homely. We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, and sociable who wants to join our little household.

You will only be sharing the bathroom with one of the girls, as one of the girls has an en-suite. The room has its own entrance as well, where there is a small room with extra room for storage (I have attached a photo of it)

You will be sharing the apartment with Gianella & Polly.

Gianella (28) is originally from Canada and has lived in London for the past 4 years. She currently works as an executive for a tech company and enjoys socialising, going out and going to pilates.

Polly (24), British, works in project management, enjoys socialising and going out.

I am only moving out of the apartment because I am relocating to another country for work, so I need to find someone to replace me in the room. I have really loved living in this apartment.

The rent is 1075 pounds a month, exclusive of bills. The bills are usually around 100-150 pounds a month. You will need to pay a deposit of £1300 upon moving in.

The contract is currently going until 26th April 2027. We signed a two-year contract with a one-year break clause. If you do not wish to continue the contract beyond 17th April 2026, you must give two months' notice.
