Lovely room at Regent’s Park

Hi everyone! Our flatmate sadly is moving out and we are looking for a lovely 4th long term female housemate our age to join us.

*About the flat:*
This is a real gem!
• Two floors with plenty of space.
• A spacious living room and dining area with stunning views overlooking Regent’s Park.

*Available room:
- lovely bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub
- 960£ rent + 250£ bills
- fully furnished, ideally the new housemate would like to take over the furniture

*About us:*
You’ll be sharing the flat with:

• Debbi (27) - she is a biomedical PhD student
• Amalia (30) – she works as a drama teacher
• Me (31) – I work in design
We get along really well and enjoy a good movie night, board games or grabbing drinks together, but we’re equally respectful of personal space.

*What we're looking for:*
We want the flat to remain a cosy, positive home, so we’re looking for:
• Friendly and respectful flatmate
• someone who values cleanliness and help keep the space tidy

We will do phone calls with people we would like to meet first, the dates will be:
- Thursday 26th Feb Between 8-9pm
- Monday 2nd March from 8pm
- Tuesday 3rd from 4.30pm
