We are looking for a friendly female for a large double room available in a lovely flat in Central London. Sharing with 3 women aged 27-29. The room is well decorated and fully furnished. The flat has a lovely fully equipped kitchen and also has wi-fi internet access.

Located in zone 1, within 7 minutes walk to 5 tube stations (Warren Street, Great Portland Street, Euston, Euston Square and Regent's Park). Excellent bus links.
2 minutes from Regents Park, 14 minute walk to Oxford Street. Very close to UCL, SOAS, Kings, LSE, EBS, RADA and Westminster Universities.

Rent is £850 per calendar month inclusive of all bills (gas, water, electricity, internet, council tax). An extra £20 per month is charged for communal goods and cleaner service. Rent is charged on a monthly basis, based on a 12-month contract.

Females only please. Open to professionals and students. We would prefer to find a flatmate who intends to stay long-term. Non-smokers preferred.
