Double room with balcony near river and tube/train

A double room becomes available for 1st September. Great location close to vibrant and historic site and close to the river and parks. Nearest tube station is Woolwich Elizabeth Line 10 mins walk away (if you walk fast). DLR / Train / Thames Clipper are all comfortably within 10 to 15 mins walk, the nearest bus stop 3 mins. The room comes with access to balcony. Smoking only allowed on balcony. The sofabed can be pulled out so it becomes a double bed. The mattress is just like a normal bed with firm spring mattress. We prefer someone easy going, friendly and not too loud (same as us).
