Double + en-suite: looking for a new housemate…

I’m April! I’ve lived in this flat for nearly 3 years and my housemate is moving out on 9th March, so the room is ready immediately.

Bills included: water only
Cost of living: £1,100 p/p monthly (cost inclusive of all bills, council tax and rent)
Council Tax band C

Note: would love if you own art… desperate to get some colour on the walls!

About the property:
South-west facing upper-ground floor flat
Garden access and a patio area, overlooking the Thames in Woolwich.
The room is an en-suite double.
It has a wardrobe and chests of drawers (not the white ones pictured), a new bed will be provided for those who don’t own one.
The kitchen sits separately but right next to the living room.
The building is quiet, which reflects the neighbourhood I’m in..

About me:
I now work in F1 with a background in talent management and marketing for musicians and influencers. I wfh 2-3 a week and travel a few times a year for race weekends.
Interests are listed but generally you’ll find me at the gym, on a walk or hanging out with friends/family.
I’m not a massive drinker but do like a red wine or cocktail once in a while when I go out.
Also love a concert!

The vibe:
Someone chilled, friendly and sociable. Would be nice to live with someone with shared interests so we can hang out!
Feel like it’s obvious but cleanliness, and that also means sharing the deep cleaning.

Not the vibe:
Passing ships in the night kind of situation
