I am looking for a clean and tidy flatmate to share the flat with.

Shared lounge and kitchen.
There is only one other occupier (me).
The flat is River Front and on the upper ground floor, so there is direct access to the garden.
The building is in a cul-de-sac, so it is very tranquil.

10-15 minutes walk to the Elisabeth Line.
DLR and train stations are nearby.

Short stays and/or Monday-Friday.

Dogs are allowed (but not cats due to allergies)

£800 per month, including bills.

Room available from 2nd May 2025 until 24th July 2025.

Room available again from the 5th August 2025.
