Bills come to roughly £106 per month per person, which includes WIFI.

You may either choose to pay five weeks deposit upfront or over a two month period.

Excellent transport links to Putney High Street where you will find the train and tube station - you can catch bus number 85 which is a three minute walk from the flat and be there in 10 - 15 minutes. Or in the opposite direction it takes you straight to Kingston in 30 minutes.

Buses from right outside the flat:
72 takes you directly to Hammersmith in 30 minutes and the 72 or 265 will take you straight to Roehampton University.

The 74 is an all night bus from central London to Reohampton.

Trains:
Putney Rail Station: routes towards Waterloo, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, Kingston and Richmond, Earlsfield, Wandsworth Town

Tubes:
East Putney is on the District Line of the London Underground and can reach Waterloo East in just 15 minutes. You will find good travel connections to Wimbledon, Fulham, Kensington and Victoria.

Shopping:
There is a convenience store on Bessborough Road itself and a small Waitrose on Roehampton Lane about a 10 minute walk away.
The 24 hour ASDA supermarket and pharmacy are 11 minutes away on bus 265. There is also a large Waitrose and Sainsbury's on Putney High Street.

The beautiful Richmond Park (London's largest Royal Park) is only a stone's throw away, and home to 650 roaming deer. It's the perfect place to spend a relaxing day exploring the 2500 acres of landscaped hills, woodlands, ponds and gardens it has on offer.
