Hi, I am currently looking for a (non-smoking) professional female to rent a single bedroom in my house for 620pcm (includes all bills).

The house itself is a large 5 bedroom house (about 30 years old), with 3 bathrooms. There is a large lounge/diner with widescreen TV, DVD, Video, Sky and 2 large sofas for relaxing in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with cooker and gas hob, 2 fridge/freezers, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The room comes fully furnished - with a single bed (with storage underneath), free-standing wardrobe, two book shelves and bedside table. The room also has access to Sky High-speed wi-fi internet access.

The house has two separate shower rooms, so you would only be sharing the shower room with one other person.

The house also has a small back garden, which is laid with a patio - just right for BBQ and having friends round in the summer time. There is also a hot-tub which is available for everyone to use.

The house itself is located in Rotherhithe, so it is an 8 minute walk to Canada Water tube and about 6 minutes to Rotherhithe tube. Also, the 381 an 225 buses stop on the main road, which is about 1 minute walk away. Tesco and all the other shops are within walking distance as well.

The only extra that you will have to pay for are the telephone calls you make on the land-line (however people rarely use the land-line).
