Double bedroom in friendly house near Canada Water

Hi!

We have a double bedroom available in our house in Canada Water/Rotherhithe. The property is large with a good sized living room, good kitchen facilities and three bathrooms with two showers.

We live in a great area, near loads of nice pubs by the river; a number of supermarkets, from a local Co-Op convenience store to a giant Tesco Superstore, and both the London Overground at Rotherhithe and the Jubilee Line at Canada Water. There's also a few nice parks and the beautiful canals nearby.

We're a group of young professionals trying to make our way through adult life! We're a sociable house in the evenings but also have our own plans which is hopefully a nice balance.

Rent includes all bills and broadband and can stretch to a cleaner as well.
