The property consists of two purpose-built attached houses in a wonderful location overlooking the lake at Surrey Water, close to the river Thames and Rotherhithe Tube station (Overground line). We are also only a 10-minute walk to Canada Water bus and tube station. Bus stop less than 50 metres.

We are preferably looking for professionals who are over 50, work in the Health(NHS) sector, Corporate Security sector, Education sector or any role that requires a DBS/CRB certificate.

In the second house our small registered charity provides sheltered housing for residents over 55 years of age who are fit and active, but no longer wish to live alone.

The accommodation is a bedsit studio with private toilet and wash basin. There is a separate bathroom for use by the advertised rooms and a laundry room.

Please note that overnight visitors are not allowed nor are pets.
