Cozy double room in modern gated development

I am looking for a flatmate for this lovely double room. You will have your own big bathroom as there are 2 in the flat. It comes fully furnished, including all appliances in the kitchen area. There are newly installed smart meters so the bills are pretty low. We also have a lovely terrace to enjoy during sunny days and we are few minutes walk from Surrey Docks, the Thames and Russia Docklands park.
The kind of flatmate I am? I am up for a glass of wine or have a lovely dinner together anytime time allows. I read, listen to music, I run or do other sports too, I enjoy long walks or just sitting in the park when the weather is good. I am a marketeer and work a lot, but I also make time for activities and socialising. You should be open minded and communicative too. We all have our bad days but hey, there’s always light at the end of the tunnel and sometimes sharing is caring☺️I can do viewings almost any days as I am working from home so don’t waste any more time and come to check it out!
