This is a 2 bed flat, I am the only person currently living here and I will vacate the whole property on Feb 5. The rooms will not be rented for couples, except if one couple wishes to rent the whole flat for 1900£ pcm.

The area is very quiet, there is no traffic noise, and the flat is close to both Tube and Overground stations.
The flat has a lot of natural light coming in and it is on the first floor.
The whole apartment has double glazed windows, heating and an electric boiler.
The kitchen has fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer.

Bills are not included in the rent (Council, Electric, Gas, Internet) and sum up to about 300 pounds a month on average (150 per room)
