Hi!

We are Lorenzo and Fabio, respectively 34 and 33 years old.

Our flatmate is moving out, freeing a double bedroom in a dreamy flat in Rotherhithe/Canada Water.

The room is a double, it comes furnished and has its own dedicated bathroom since the other two bedrooms have en-suites.

As a household, we are very relaxed and enjoy hanging out whenever we can. We are quite social, watch movies and go to local pubs.
We are looking for someone who also enjoys being social from time to time.

The flat is a 150sqm second floor with 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), with a large living room, and a river view balcony. It is truly beautiful and perfectly maintained. We treated the flat for almost 5 years as if it was our own.

The living room is wonderful, welcoming, perfect to invite friends over for a dinner/movie night as the couch can fit 10 people! The room is large, with big windows, all wooden floors (no carpets). The balcony is amazing, right on the river, you can hear the waves all day, all night and you can enjoy great sunsets every day (when it's not cloudy, so not really often... but have a look at the photos!).

The room will be available from 4th of Feb.

The flat postcode is SE16:
- 10 minutes walking from Canada Water station (Jubilee line)
- 10 minutes walking from Rotherhithe Station (Overground)
- 15 minutes by bus to London Bridge station (C10 or 381), going via Bermondsey
- Bus stop is literally in front of the door
- Walking distance from Canary Wharf (taking the boat from the Hilton Doubletree Hotel)

More info about the flat: the flat is fully furnished with high quality and design stuff. The kitchen is equipped with a new oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a new fridge.

We are a very sociable house, we hang out in the living room most nights. Love to listen to music as well as being into photography, films and just general socialising. We are good friends, so we are looking for somebody who wants to live here but also wants to socialise.

Monthly expenses are approx 250£ per person including 5hrs cleaning every week, council tax, internet, gas, and electricity.

- the supermarket (Co-op) is in front of the building
- there is a laundry, an off-license, Chinese and Indian restaurants
- Salt Quay pub, where to spend long hours during the summer and amazing sunset facing the river

- River runs to Greenwich (7km each way)
