Due to an increase in rent, 2 of our longstanding housemates are moving out, leaving 2 great double bedrooms available.

Room 1 (£875) is a large double bedroom, with an en-suite with shower, available 5th of Feb, but potentially earlier.

Room 2 (£800) is huge double bedroom with own toilet and shower (located in the kitchen, as circled in the picture), available early to mid Feb.

The house has a shared living space, kitchen, and spacious front and back garden, with parking available .

Located in Rotherhithe, Bermondsey, we're a 30 second walk from the Thames!

By bus:
-5 mins to Rotherhithe Overground station
-10 mins to Bermondsey Underground (Jubilee)
-10 mins to Canada Water (Jubilee) and Surrey Quays (Overground)

About us:

Max (24) - Works in education policy, guitarist, plays football and badminton casually and likes going to festivals
Sophie (24) - Works in fire safety in construction (safe pyromaniac), lover of basketball, drum&bass and eating my way through London
Beth (25) - Works as a vet, big into biking, plays the drums and bass. Likes gigs and pubs.
Sera (26) - Canadian psychologist trainee (should be a patient) and a mega-foodie.

The boring stuff:

- Bills not included, but come to around £100pp currently (this will may be higher due to gas and electric price increases going forward however)
- Open to couples but will be at an increased cost
- Unfortunately this house isn’t suitable for a dog
