Big fully furnished living room with TV and fully stocked kitchen. The house has 2.5 bathrooms and you will have your own bathroom. We have a nice garden that we made into a summer hangout. There is also a lock-up garage and plenty of parking always available in this quiet area.

High-speed internet will suit all your internet needs.

A short walk to the Thames Path and Russia Dock Woodlands. Only 20 minutes by bus to London Bridge. 15-minute walk to Canada Water Tube Station and Rotherhithe Overground or 5-10 minutes by bus.

You will be sharing the house with Zohab who is a professional poet and life coach. As well as Alex who is an Electrician and Acupuncturist. This is an extremely friendly house where we all respect each other's space and enjoy chats over dinner, BBQ's and movie nights.

Work from home is fine.

The moving date is the 8th of September.

Bills are about £100 per month on top of rent.
