Hello! Offering a room with shared access to a main bathroom, in a 2-bedroom flat in a luxury apartment development with concierge, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym included, on the river in Rotherhithe.

All bills included, 150mb fibre broadband internet.

Initially offering this as a short let of 3 months, if we get on, happy to extend up to a year. Short let deposit would be £300, if it's the full 3 months it would be £1,000.

Your bedroom comes with: Double bed, mattress, 3-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table with drawers, shelves, under bed drawer storage, bedside lamp, 2 mirrors.

Both bedrooms look out onto a private shared inner courtyard, the River Thames is just on the other side of the building, the living room looks out onto the street with a Juliette balcony and a vertical garden.

There is a decent sized kitchen and a large living room. And a fancy cleaning and mopping robot.

There are also two super friendly and cute house rabbits - they are free roam when I am at home, live in a pen in the living room.

Make no mistake - this is an LGBTQ+ friendly nerd house ;)
