I've got a fabulous flat in Rotherhithe (SE16) and I am looking for one more person to share it with. This is a modern flat, with all modern amenities such as an integrated kitchen with dishwasher, it is a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom (share shower but have your own toilet + sink).
The flat has a has a large living area with an open kitchen to the living area. It has fabulous views of the river side and Canary Wharf (the flat is right by the river side) from the living area, and the city from the bedroom. The room is a double bedroom with an exterior window, the room has a wardrobe as in the pictures, a bed side table, a small desk, and a mirror.
The flat is furnished with modern furniture as per the pictures including sofa and TV.

ABOUT ME
You will share only with me as it is a two bedroom flat, I’m Political Scientist and Economist (working in the Civil Service) in my very late 30s, cis gay (you must be respectful and tolerant with all LGBT spectrum). I enjoy cooking and baking, so you may get an extra slice of cake from time to time. I am vegetarian, so vegetarians or vegans will have extra points to move in (: . I also enjoy watching TV shows in the evenings after work.
I appreciate to live in a place that feels like a home, that is clean and tidy, with modern and comfortable amenities. I like living with other people, being social and being able to do things together from time to time, but I also appreciate my own space and a quiet place.

RENT, DEPOSIT & BILLS
£875 PCM plus bills (ctax, gas, electricity, water, broadband) – The bills are around ~£175 a month (based on 1y average consumption at 2023 prices), i. e. less in summer and more in winter but would avg (depending on consumption) to ~£175 a month.
£1000 deposit will be required.

TRANSPORT & PARKING
TUBE - The flat is in Rotherhithe Peninsula by the river, the nearest stations are Rotherhithe and Canada Water, both at 15-20 minutes walk. CW has the Jubilee line, and both stations have the over ground connecting Highbury & Islington (via Shoreditch) to New Cross/Crystal Palace/ Croydon/Clapham junction. The Overground is also pretty handy to connect with the Elisabeth Line in Whitechapel, to get to central.
BUS - There is however bus C10 just outside the building complex, which goes to both stations (clockwise and anticlockwise in the peninsula) and also is quite handy to cross to west London. Also there is bus 381/N381 spinning around the peninsula in both directions 2 mins walk from the building complex, also taking you to both stations. The 381 is 24h. There is a wide range of buses connecting at Canada Water Station.
PARKING – Secure underground parking is available within the building complex. There is also free parking for bikes.
BOAT! – There is a Thames Clippers pier nearby that can take you to Canary Wharf in no time, although it is a bit speny. There also river boats to central and towards Greenwich/Woolwich.

AREA
The area is very lovely and quiet with many parks, quays and river walks, a farm and a bunch of river-side pubs. A short walk away however, by Canada water Station, there are many shops (including a shopping mall with a Tesco Extra) and also bars, and restaurants – some of them getting extraordinarily quirky lately (especially the food and organic stuff market on Sundays).
