Spacious room available in Rotherhite

We are looking for an outgoing and sociable lodger for our clean, bright and spacious double bedroom, which is furnished with a bed, bedside table, shelf, book case, clothes rail and chest of drawers. There is space for a desk and chair if you have ones you would like to bring. The other room is occupied by a professional couple (one an academic, one a journalist), one of whom is a live-in landlord.

The flat has a large kitchen and living room area with a backyard space and access to free parking and places to keep a bike at the front. The building has good security and friendly neighbours, and is between 10 and 12 minutes' walk from Rotherhithe and Canada Water, with shops, great pubs, theatres, cafes, a film studio, beautiful green spaces, and walking and cycling routes on the Thames path within easy reach.

All bills are included in the rent, including council tax and a fortnightly cleaner.
We are flexible with move-in dates but someone who can move in by mid-Sept is strongly preferred. A tidy person is also a must.

Furthermore, we’re very keen for someone who is open and friendly. While it’s understood that we’ll all have our own lives, someone who likes chatting in the kitchen and joining in with what we’re watching on TV (and might have ideas about what to watch next!) is highly preferred :)
