Hi all,
I've been living in this flat for the past year and have absolutely loved it. My friend and flatmate will (sadly!) be leaving London and so I’m looking for a new flatmate.
The flat is great size with two large rooms of equal size with space for desks, storage, and beautifully furnished. The building has also gated parking for bikes – as a cyclist myself it’s super convenient to be able to rely on safe parking space.
The neighbourhood is very pretty. The flat is less than 100 meters away from the Thames, with lots of pubs, amazing walks along the riverside, nearby canals, parks, lots of green areas, and even some quays for sailing in the summertime!
It is conveniently located and near to both Canada Water station (Jubilee) or Rotherhite station (Overground), plus a bus stop just on the doorstep.
About me:
I'm 34, I work in finance and work from the office most days. I love going out and enjoy all that London has to offer, but my work has periods where I'm working long hours and not really around as much, or I am in the office and then come home and log on from the desk in my room.
About you:
In terms of what I'm looking for in a flatmate, someone fun, easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. And other than that, someone with a stable full-time job who plans to stick around would be great (the agency will also need to carry reference checks) !
