Hello,

We are looking for a new flatmate for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in Rotherhithe, SE16. We have a spacious double room available. You will be sharing the bathroom with me (Stefan). The flat also has a large living room with a breath-taking view over Canary Wharf, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine, fridge, and freezer.

The room has a lot of storage space, double bed with mattress included as well as desk and chair for work from home setup. You will also enjoy a riverside view towards the skyscrapers of Canary Wharf. The room is available from 20 May, with a 12-month contract.

The rent does not include any bills: water, electricity, council tax (band G) and internet. These come to an average total of £200 per month. The deposit is £860.

We're looking for a professional who's about our age and with whom we can get along well. Someone who is tidy, outgoing but we respect each other’s privacy and personal space as well.

You will be sharing the flat with two guys:

Stefan, Bulgarian, 26, gay, works in HR. I love running and cycling, hiking, going to the theatre and I geek out on politics. Will never say no to an Aperol Spritz or a glass of wine.

Charlie, British, 25, straight, architectural assistant. I like going kayaking and making digital art in my spare time, also teetotal but somehow still clumsy.

We like to share moments between flatmates from time to time, but we also like to have our own chill time. The atmosphere in the apartment is generally calm but we like having dinner together every now and then or go to the pub.
