Flatmate wanted in large riverside flat

Flatmate wanted to join me in a large riverside flat in Rotherhithe / Surrey Quays.

Good sized double room that is light and airy, onlooking the Thames, with a huge 2nd wardrobe for extra storage. Private large bathroom with large shower and underfloor heating.
Huge open plan living space, with 2 balconies overlooking the Thames with views of Canary Wharf. It is north facing so perfect for a sunny breakfast or a chilled drink after work. Good sized kitchen with amenities such as a dishwasher, air fryer and coffee machine. Living room has L shaped sofa and dining table, perfect for hosting or cozying up to watch a film.

The majority of the living area was decorated by my flatmate before I moved in, so wanting to give it a face lift, so would love your input and to ensure it feels like your space as well.

There also is a communal patio area on the river, can chill there on a summer evening, or hire out the bbq area for free. There is a Pool and Gym included in rent. As well as a parking space for the flat. The building and courtyard are gated with a 24/7 concierge (perfect for deliveries!)

About me:
I am a 29 year old Scottish girl who has lived in London for over 6 years. I am a data analyst working in a fashion company and love eating and drinking my way around London and always finding somewhere new and fun.
I love being able to be social in the flat as well as relaxing after work. I commute into the office 2/3 times a week and love watching a movie with a wine as well as cooking.
In summer me and my current flatmate love hosting a couple of bbqs on the river, so that would be a great tradition I would love to continue!
