Flexible short term let - double room

Women only and short term let only.

I have a double bedroom in a lovely 2 bed riverside flat near Rotherhithe / Bermondsey for sublet from the first week of October for four to six weeks. I can be flexible on length. It has its own bathroom as well. It’s a vacant but fully furnished room with a double bed dresser desk and closet. I am the other tenant and just looking for someone short term in between people moving in and out.

Short term only - this is not for anyone looking for a six month or year long lease.

Price 1300 for the month or 320 a week. Inclusive of all bills.

The flat over looks the river Thames and is in a lovely quite area but super central. Closest stations are Rotherhithe (5 min walk to the overground) and Canada water (less than 10 min walk to jubilee)

Looking for a someone who is tidy, respectful and friendly.
