Looking for female roommate in 2 bed 2 bath flat

Single room with separate large private bathroom available to let for minimum 4.5 months from August 1 to December 14 (possible flexibility with dates). The room is in a 2 bed, 2 bath flat shared with a female flatmate.

About me: I’m a working professional in her 30s that is clean, respectful and sociable! I’m Canadian, living in London for the last 5 years, and I work in Sustainability/Human rights. Interests: staying active (gym, dance classes, yoga, Pilates); art; cooking; coffee/brunch; music/concerts; trying new things!

The flat is across the street from the Brunel Pub, a 5 minute walk to the Mayflower pub (one of London's best pubs), has excellent transportation (2-minute walk to Rotherhithe Overground and a 5-minute walk to Canada Water station), and is a 10-minute walk to Surrey Quays shopping center (with a huge Tesco Extra).

Bills not included, but in total come up to about £150/month. There may be an additional fee to take over lease, but I can confirm this. Message me if interested!
