Social home in a spacious house

Hi all,

My landlord has offered for me to move to this flat along with 2 other professionals. It’s a 3-bedroom flat in a gated community in Hampton Court, Rotherhithe.
It’s a flat on the ground floor with 1 en-suite (my room) and 2 other rooms that would share a sizeable bathroom. Comes with a massive living/dining/work from home area opening into a balcony that has beautiful views of the Thames.

It has access to a community swimming pool, sauna and hot tub.

There are a couple of convenience store fronts in the area including Co-op which is 2 minutes away and is right infront of a bus stop (C10 taking you all the way to Victoria).

It is not too far from the Tesco Extra (25 minute walk), Rotherhithe station (12 minute walk), Canada Water station (14 minute walk), Decathlon (20 minute walk).

I really like the area but would more recommend for someone who cycles everywhere like I do. I would cycle in to work at London Bridge which would take 15 minutes.

About myself, I have been working in London as a strategy consultant for the past year after having graduated from LSE with a degree in Economics. Before then, I lived in Korea for 6 years where I completed my bachelors. I normally go into the office most days (3-4 days). I like to be active after work, with most of my week evenings busy at the gym. I usually spend the rest of my free time with my partner (male) or hang out with friends, explore London through its art, comedy and music scene. I also greatly enjoy being a couch potato from time to time to recover...
I am a considerate tenant, keen to respect people’s boundaries and be able to communicate well.

I would ideally like to live with like minded people - tidy, friendly, social professionals in London happy with the prospect of becoming really good friends with their flatmates.
