We have one room available in our bright and spacious 3-bedroom apartment located in the lovely residential area of Rotherhithe, southeast London. If you're looking for a peaceful and friendly place to call home, this might be the perfect fit for you.

- **Mylto:** hi! I’m Mylto, 29 years old, from Cyprus, and works in medical research. I love to work out and have a passion for dancing. I love to share my energy, whether it's dancing together or spending time chatting.

- **Karim:** hey I’m Karim and I’m 36 years old, originally from France, and works in advertising. I enjoy playing volleyball, video games, and spending time with friends. Im always up for a good conversation or a relaxing evening on the balcony.

We love to spend time together, whether going out, chilling in the living room, or enjoying the view from the balcony. At the same time, we both value and respect personal space and quiet time.

**Who We're Looking For:**
We’re seeking a housemate in their late 20s or 30s who is a working professional and shares our values when it comes to shared living. We're looking for someone who is social and enjoys spending time together but also appreciates and respects alone time.

It's important to us that you’re clean and tidy, always cleaning up after yourself. Communication is key in our home, so we're looking for someone who is open, communicative, and not afraid to discuss anything that might come up.

**Rent:** £1,200 per month, plus approximately £200 each for bills (including electricity, council tax, internet, and a fortnightly cleaner).

**Move-In Date:** September 10th onwards.
