Double Room w/ En suite in cozy SE16 Flat

Looking for a new flatmate to join my two bedroom flat as my current flatmate will be moving back home end of May!

The room is a double with en suite, in a flat facing the river in Rotherhithe, It’s a 20 min walk from Canada Water Station (jubilee line) and Rotherhithe Overground, 15 mins bus from london bridge or 5 min lime bike 🚲 All bills incl. council tax come to 160 a month.

I wfh 2 days a week as an analyst for a tech company in ldn bridge. Typically during the week I keep it very tame enjoying the downtime, and tend to be out seeing friends on the weekend. The flat is way more spacious that it looks from the photos and try to keep it tidy as poss! Hoping to find someone likeminded to share the flat with 🙏
