Double Room in Spacious Rotherhithe 2 Bed Flat

Flatmate is moving out and looking for someone to take over her room for a 6 month tenancy either 3 month break clause agreement initially and possibly extend 🙏 Room is available for immediate move in and looking to fill the room asap.. Bills are roughly around 170 a month.

My current flatmate Maria is sadly moving out to share with her family 😪. The room is the main master bedroom with en suite. Living room is cosy and spacious, and kitchen fairly newly furnished. Flat faces the river thames with views of Canary Wharf on one side and the Shard on the other. Unreal neighbourhood, extremely peaceful and amazing for walking, running, river walks, dogs etc. Any questions / references needed please message me
