Double Room w/ En suite in cozy SE16 Flat

Looking for a new flatmate to join a two bedroom flat as our current flatmate will be moving back home end of May!

The room is a double with en suite, in a bedroom flat facing the river in Rotherhithe,. It’s a 20 min walk from Canada Water / Bermondsey Station (jubilee line) and Rotherhithe Overground, 15 mins bus from london bridge or 5 min lime bike 🚲 All bills incl. council tax come to 160 a month.

I wfh 2 days a week as an analyst for a tech company in ldn bridge. My gf works as a private nurse and is out the house monday to friday. Typically during the week we keep it pretty tame and just chill out but won’t say no to a drink or two, and tend to be both out seeing friends on the weekend. The flat is way more spacious that it looks from the photos and try to keep it tidy as poss! Hoping to find someone likeminded to share the flat with 🙏
