It's a lovely 4-bedroom house with 4 double bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms (two en-suite), garage, parking, and a living room, so there is plenty of both personal and social space for everyone.
It’s available immediately, and we're looking for a move-in date between September 20th/25th.
Rent is £865 per calendar month and deposit is £1045 (sorry SpareRoom wouldn’t let us put in accurate deposit numbers?)
