Double Room in Rotherhithe

Double room available in our 3 bed house in Rotherhithe SE16.

Would be sharing with an academic, and a guy that likes bikes a bit too much. 🙂

We get along, we have a nice home, which we like to keep minimal and mostly chaos free.

We are vaguely clean and tidy so no griminals please. :)

I’m at my desk quite a bit as I’m building a new business, and Bonnie is out of the house most days.

There’s lots of space here, so if you are a WFH that’s fine.

Work in the kitchen, chuck some music on, use the barbecue in the evening - it’s all good - all we ask is that you are considerate and respectful of the shared nature of the space.

We are LGBTQ+ friendly.

House is large, over three storeys. Ground floor has a huge kitchen leading to back garden, garage, and under stairs toilet. First floor is bedroom one, large living room and bathroom (shower cubicle). Second floor is two bedrooms and bathroom (bath and shower).

It is furnished with a bed, drawers, and wardrobes.

Room available from 14th February. £750 per month, with bills on top. We love it round here, the area is very green, quiet, and close to the river.

The house is in a quiet street so it’s a quite relaxed place to live. It’s the sort of place where you can chat to neighbours, and smile at people and say hello.

Rare in London.

Zone 2. Jubilee and Windrush very accessible, and London Bridge is 15 mins by bike.
