I'm looking for a flatmate to share this wonderful flat in Rotherhithe. If you're someone who appreciates a well organised home and easy going company, we may be a perfect match! I'm 40, originally from Australia and I've been in London for several years now. I work as a civil servant and was previously an academic. In my free time I paint and sing and I am part of a local theatre group. The flat is located in a quiet modern riverside development. The available bedroom has fab skyline views of Canary Wharf. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and shelves. There is a shared living room (furnished), kitchen and bathroom. It is a top floor flat with lift access. There is gated undercover parking. Bills included, including council tax.

Public transport: There is a bus at the front door, 10 minutes by bus to Rotherhithe Station (Overground) or Canada Water tube station (Jubilee Line). Alternatively, it is 15 and 20 minutes’ walk to each station respectively. It is a 5 min walk to the ferry to cross over to Canary Wharf. Perfect for professionals.
