Bedroom 2 has a double bed, two wardrobes and a work desk. Depending on preference, there is space in both the living room and bedroom 1 to move the desk to.
There is a second bathroom for use by tenant in bedroom 2 or guests, and the bathroom is slightly larger with a bathtub.

The living room and kitchen are both spacious and come fully furnished. The living room has an L-sit sofa, arm chair, large TV, dining room table and chairs and book shelves. It leads onto the balcony via two large doors, with views south and east across the river towards Canary Wharf and Greenwich - perfect for sipping your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The area is well supplied by tubes, busses and the Thames Uber boat. The closest tube stations are Canada Water (Jubilee line and Overground) as well as Surrey Quays and Rotherhithe (both Overground line) and all are about 15 minutes' walk through the beautifully green Russia Dock Woodland, or a few mins by bus - bus stops are near the flat and run throughout the night.
