A communal terrace on the roof offers enviable views of the Thames, the shard and tower bridge.
The room 🛏️
Room features a large three-door inbuilt wardrobe and comes furnished with a bed. It’s East facing, with a lovely breeze from the Thames that comes through the side of the building. Sun isn’t direct, so it doesn’t get scorchingly hot in summer, but you still benefit from lots of light. The outgoing tenant is leaving the country so will be selling a desk and chair (and a ballet barre) for a super cheap price which will make moving in a breeze.

Sarah-Jane is Irish, she’s 27 and works as a hospital pharmacist. She loves reading, the theatre and cozy movie nights in.
Vicky is Spanish, she's 30 yrs old and works in digital marketing for an environmental charity. She loves embroidering, reading and going to the theatre.

Beautiful and safe area with cobblestoned streets and lots of historic character.
Only 5 mins walk to Canada Water tube, 2 mins walk to Rotherhithe overground, and near buses that will take you towards Victoria. 30 mins walk to London Bridge.

Please note: L&Q, the agency who run this building have a list of requirements for the new tenants to fulfil. Please only apply if you tick all of the following boxes:
You will need:
- be employed full-time on a permanent contract (students with guarantors are not accepted)
- earn a minimum of 27000/year
- have no CCJ
-pass a credit check
- have the right to rent in the UK
Please also note that if you are selected, to add a new tenant onto the agreement, the agency requires a scanned copy of the following documents from all tenants. No other alternative documents can be accepted.
- Passport – physical copy to be shown at our office in West Ham Lane.
- Right to rent share code (for those who do not hold a Bristish Passport)
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (Utility bill, council tax bill, P60, NHS letter, Polling Card or HMRC Letter is accepted only – No other documents can be accepted)
- Last three months bank statements (six if self employed)
- Last three months payslips (Employment contract if started new job within the last month)
