Looking for a short term lodger

I am a live-in landlord but will be travelling for 2 months this summer and looking for a short term lodger.

I’m looking for someone who is mature and will look after the flat, as though his/her own. My own stuff will still be in the flat but I will make sure there’s storage space available for you also.

Use of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. There is also a communal garden in the development. This is a riverside development. There will be no access to living room.

Use of washing machine.

Council tax and internet cost are included in price. Gas and electricity up to £100 (together) monthly also included. Water rates included in rent.

If access to the living room is required then a different monthly rent can be agreed.

Car space is available and price can be discussed.

This is a short let for about 6 weeks starting arpubd mid-July.
