Room available at Globe Wharf - Rotherhithe Street

Hello everybody!

A room in our apartment will be free by mid May and we are looking for a new flatmate.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, about 130/135 square meters. Location: Rotherhithe Street 205

The room that we have left is single but spacious (about 18m2), fully furnished (with a desk if you work remotely) and has its own ensuite bathroom (with bathtub).

50m2 independent living room with direct views of the Thames.

We have two parking spaces in the building.

There is a concierge 7 days a week from 7am to 8pm.

In addition, the building has a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The pool is a real joy in summer just after work to relax.

If you want to do the shopping, there is a coop in front of one of the exits of the building. If you need to make a bulkier purchase, a 12 minute walk is the Surrey Quays shopping center where there is an Tesco Extra, Poundland, etc.

In terms of transport, the stop that is just below the house is the one that leads to line c10, walking a few meters there is another stop where a couple of buses pass 24 hours.

If you prefer the underground, the Rotherhithe stop is 12 min by walk. There you can catch the Overground. The Canada Water stop is 15 min away, there you also have the Overground and Jubilee Line stop as well as a main bus station with many lines.

If you prefer water, the thameslink ferry stop is about 10 min. With that line you can go to Canary Wharf in no time.

As for parks and other amenities. We have next to the property two parks with areas to walk, have a picnic, sunbathe in the summer, play sports or whatever is appropriate. From one of them you can walk to the Surrey Quay Watersports Center where you can kayak, sail and also have a gym, boxing classes, body pump and more.
