London underground and overground is a ten-minute walk away at Rotherhithe or Canada Water stations and there is a bus stop in front of the apartment. The Hilton Docklands ferry is a ten-minute walk away and offers direct river access to Canary Wharf. There are many safe walking paths close by along the river or in the Russia dock woodland. There is a Co-op supermarket and a great river front pub, both a 3-minute walk away. Tower bridge is a 25-minute walk along the river. It is ideally located for cyclists being only 15 minutes from Greenwich and the City by bike and it comes with a dedicated bicycle store.

You will have use of a bright and spacious single room with enough space for a workstation to work from home using the fast, fibreoptic broadband. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher and other kitchen appliances you would expect. There is a separate store room as well as shared shelf space to store any valuables that you don’t need in the room.

You will be sharing with a finance professional in his early forties, who works from home most of the time.
