The flat is very bright and spacious 2-bedrooms, 1 bedroom with en-suite, 1 bedroom has a bathroomfor own use.
The apartment comprises a spacious open-plan living and dining area and a kitchen.

The building has a lift access, secure entry, concierge, and gym on the ground floor and well-kept communal areas, the property is ideal for professionals or couples looking for a well-connected yet tranquil location.

- 10-15 mins relaxing walk to Canada Water Station (Jubilee Line & Overground) - many routess
- Close to Southwark Park, Surrey Quays Shopping Centre & riverside paths
- Excellent transport to Canary Wharf and London Bridge

Bills are approximately for 1 person
- council tax £ 115
- water + energy -depends on use but currently around £30-40 ( in winter a bit higher)
- broadband - £15

Double Room is available from 25th Sep, but the ensuite might be between 25th - 30 Sep
