Double room in a spacious flat next to the Thames

I am moving in with my partner so my room will be available in October in a lovely two-bedroom flat right by the river. Utility bills are included.

The room is furnish with a very comfortable bed (one of the best mattresses I have had), a desk with plenty of storage spaces. I work from home regularly and love the set up with the ultrafast internet.
The flat has a large living area, two toilets, and is equiped with all the home appliances one needs (i. e. dishwasher, washing machine & dryer).

You’ll be sharing with a young professional couple who are easy-going, and enjoy music, anime, gaming and good food. They’d love a new housemate who is relaxed, friendly, respectful and an animal lover as there are pets in the home! One of them works from home a couple of days a week at her desk in the living room, but she does not mind having people around.

It is a 5-7 minutes bus ride or a 20 minute walk away from Canada Water and Rotherhithe tube stations. It is a 5 minute walk away from the ferry services that cross the river to Canary Wharf. My office is near London Bridge and the commute is generally about 20 minutes.
