Hi!

I'm Joseph, I am moving out of my room and moving in with my partner. So we are looking for someone to take over and continue the tenancy in our lovely flat with the remaining two flatmates. The tenancy will be a one year contract with possibility of extension every year.

-The Flat-
Our flat is on the first floor of a quiet council estate near the Thames, with a few grocery stores 5-15 minutes away on foot, lovely pubs, parks (Southwark) and woodland areas nearby. It's perfectly located in a quiet area with great connections to busy London, right next to Rotherhithe Overground Station. It is amazingly connected to East and Southeast London (Windrush Line), opposite a bus stop with links towards Southeast and Central, and a short 5-7mins walk from Canada Water station that easily gets you to East, Central, and West London (Jubilee Line).

-The room-
The room is very comfortable with enough windows to ensure the room is well lit by natural light during the day. It comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, built-in shelves, under bed storage and also a desk. The desk and the bed belong to me but I am happy to keep it here for the next tenant. It's £850 per month and bills come to an additional £113 approximately. The council tax is Band C.

-The people-
I've lived here since October 2021 whilst the other two flatmates joined me this year, Gedi (30) and Binita(32). Gedi is from Lithuania and Binita is British Asian. We're a chill flat and tend to have different schedules and hobbies (sports, cooking, theatre, movie and going out), but enjoy socialising when we find each other in the evenings. Gedi works in film post-production while Binita works in theatre marketing. Gedi spending few days a week wfh while Binita mostly works in the office. They are both lovely and easy going people and are looking for a flatmate who is social, respectful, tidy and clean.
