Me and Alex have just had an amazing offer on this 4 bedroom furnished property in Rotherhithe/ Canada Water but unfortunately two friends dropped out last minute due to Visa issues. We are looking for two people who are interested in moving in around the 3rd of October. We are keen to get the contract signed, as we feel the property is too good to pass up!
The Property:
The property is a 5 bedroom house, but the HMO is for four people. This means the 5th bedroom can be used as an office or as a guest room, which is very beneficial.
The house has a large living room and well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. There’s also a garden and a garage, which is always a plus! I have a full tour video of the property from my recent viewing if you wish to take a look at this.
Each bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and would just require a desk if wanted. Both of us are currently flexible on whichever room you would like.
Based in Rotherhithe/ Canada Water , the property is a short walk from the tube/overground (Zone 2), and is therefore ideal for commuting.
Rent:
The total rent is £3,835 PCM, which splits to £958.75 per person. Bills are not included and will be split equally between the four of us. The total deposit is £4,425, which splits to £1,106.25 per person. Current provisioned move-in date is 3rd of October, if we can get this finalised as soon as possible!
About Us:
We are very good friends who have known each other for a long while. We love a good night out and socialising, whether it's a day rave/festival, a fun pub session, or a chilled games/film night in. Both are 25 and working professionals.
Alex (Pensions, hybrid) is sociable and active, with a passion for traveling, photography, and the arts. He's keen on running, meeting new people, and is even part of a choir.
Tom (Finance, 3 days in office) is into keeping active and exploring, whether it's climbing indoors or outdoors, or going on drives to find a new spot. He also loves music and is a regular at DJ events and festivals.
Who we’re looking for:
We're seeking easy-going, like-minded professionals (mid-twenties to mid-thirties) who are sociable, clean, and respectful of shared space. We run a welcoming household and enjoy a good balance of fun, but we also respect downtime.
