Ensuite room available in 2-bed river facing flat

Hi,
I'm looking for a flatmate from the 30th of November 2025 for a 2-bed 2-bath fully furnished flat in Rotherhithe. It is a river facing apartment with a stunning view of Canary Wharf from the balcony and a spacious living room. The room comes with its own bath. The apartment is fully furnished as we have been living on the property since 2022. My current flatmate is leaving London, and I have the lease till November 2026, so ideally would want someone for the entire year - you would be added to the contract. We pay rent 6-months upfront which comes up to 7200 per person. There is also a security deposit which comprises 5-weeks rent that will need to be paid. Looking for female tenants preferably.
