Room for Rent 3 Nights per Week Only Not W/E

Hi !
We have a double room available in our stylish duplex warehouse style flat overlooking the River Thames. There’s no fixed move-in date, can be January or even February. we’re simply waiting for the right person, but the room will be available from end of December 2025 onwards.

The bedroom is located on the ground floor and comes with its own private bathroom (just outside the bedroom). It is only sole use of the bathroom when you are staying over. The rest of the week, the toilet becomes communal use again.

We’re looking for a professional who needs the space for three nights per week only, Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri. Please note:

• This arrangement is for 3 nights per week.

• It isn’t suitable for working all day from home, as the office area is already in use.

• On very rare weekends, we may need to use the room for occasional guests , family or friends. This will always be informed in advance, and we’ll take care of cleaning and changing the bedding. You’ll still be able to keep your belongings in the wardrobe permanently if you wanted to.

About the Flat & Us

• All bills included. We don’t have a cleaner, but we keep the flat tidy.

• We’re a gay couple and we sleep in the upstairs area with our little dog , however downstairs is the communal tv lounge , open plan kitchen dining , Rob’s office and your bedroom / bathroom and the terrace.

• Our daily rhythm is roughly 7am -11:30pm , so someone with similar sleep habits would be ideal to keep things running smoothly and avoid disturbance to each others.

• We have a small dog, Hitchcock, a mini schnauzer who mainly sleeps but is always up for a walk.

• The flat features very high ceilings and a terrace with a seating area overlooking the Thames.

• We’re located on a quiet pedestrian street in a nice conservative neighbourhood of Rotherhithe.

We can potentially decrease the rate down to £700 if you only stay 2 nights some weeks and 3 other weeks.

Gwen (from Brittany France) is a long-haul flight attendant and is often away for 3 days during the week.
Rob (Londoner) mostly works from home but also travels occasionally. This means there will be times when you’ll have the place to yourself for a night or maybe even two each week , or you will just be sharing it with one of us.

We’re sociable at weekends, but weekdays are mostly for cooking, gym, work and TV series, sometimes the odd theatre - dinner nights.
