1 bright room for Social justice driven flatmate 💓

I’m looking for a 1 values-aligned housemate to join my home in Canada Water (SE16).
Available from now, ideally from early Dec, staying minimum 5/6 months and longer if it’s a good fit. Please see photos attached but message me directly for videos or a FaceTime, or to view it.

*The people *
It’s currently me + my new housemate Kam (who works at the National Theatre) with a spare bedroom. I work across community health, social care and wellness but I’m looking to spend 4-5 months once this is sorted in India, so it’d largely be you two. The home is a calm, respectful, warm space that suits someone who would like to be part and contribute to a shared home, not just a rental. Most suitable for working folks aged 25-45ish (day hours or night shifts, but quiet hours 12–6am on weekdays). Step and 1 flight of stairs so unfortunately not fully accessible.

• Bright double room in a modern flat, furnished
• Amazing transport links (Jubilee 7 mins + Overground 4 mins)
• Lots of community activities around and I can introduce you to people I’ve connected with
• Rent is £840 including bills apart from gas & electric (some flex options if you work in social impact / care / community work)

We’re a friendly, safe household, neurodivergent, queer-friendly, anti-racist, inclusive. Just good people trying to live well, look after each other, and communicate like adults.
