House Share - Rotherhithe

Large room for rent (2.7m x 4.5m) in a 3-bedroom house in Rotherhithe by Russia Dock Woodlands. The room comes with a double bed, 2 large wardrobes, and a chest of drawers (desk and chair excluded). There is a shared bathroom upstairs, with a separate toilet downstairs, a living room, and a kitchen.

The closest station is Canada Water (15 minutes) with access to Jubilee & Overground. The closest grocery is Coop (5 minutes) or supermarket Tesco Extra (15 minutes). The area is really quiet and residential with a few local pubs, lot of docks and a Surrey Quays shopping centre.

Our friend is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so we are looking for an outgoing flatmate to fill the spot. We are easy-going, friendly and reliable friends from university who like to hang out in common areas, talk, watch movies or play video games together.
