Gorgeous double room near central London

Hello! This room is becoming available as my current flatmate is relocating abroad for work. The flat itself is in the process of being sold, which is expected to take around six months, so this would be ideal for someone who is flexible and looking for a short-term stay.

The room has a double bed, is bright and spacious and has its own bathroom and shower. The flat just a 5-minute walk from Rotherhithe Overground, 10 mins from Canada Water station and there's also good bus connectivity. All bills are included except for TV license. Move in date would ideally be 15th of February, but if you need to move earlier in the month this could be discussed.

You would be sharing the flat with me. I’m a 25 year old professional working in the City, fairly easy-going and semi-social. During the week I tend to keep to myself after work, while on weekends I enjoy exploring London and I travel quite often, so the flat is generally calm and relaxed.
