Sublet Available in Rotherhithe

I'm living abroad for 7 months so looking for someone to sublet until 14/09/2026. Move in date is ideally 14/02/26 but can potentially be flexible if needed.

Large room in 2 bedroom split-level flat next to the thames and Greenland dock. Downstairs is kitchen, living room and study. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

10-15 minute walk to Canada Water, Surrey Quays and Rotherhithe stations. Peaceful location but very well connected.

shops, riverside cafe's and lovely pubs a stones throw away.

Living with my mate Tom - 32 year old working professional who enjoys hiking, 5 aside, films, pub, socialising etc. He splits his time between here and his partners in Putney so you'd have the flat to yourself a lot. He has two little frenchies, nice to take them on walks round the dock but no responsibility of looking after them would be expected from you.

Looking for someone easy going, clean and respectful that likes having the occasional dinner, film or pint at the pub.

Room comes with all furniture, everything else will be taken out so you can make the place your own :)

Rent is 997 a month plus bills and 1 months rent deposit which will be returned in full come September, just need it for security as no contract.
