I'm moving out at the end of February, which means my double room in our Canada Water house will be available. It's been a really great place to live, and I'd love to hand it over to someone who'll enjoy it as much as I have. The rent is £800 per month (plus bills).

The Room
You'll get a bright, comfortable double bedroom on the top floor with a big built-in closet and plenty of storage space – perfect for keeping everything organized.

The House
This is a three-bedroom home split across two floors:
-Downstairs: Shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious south-facing garden that's perfect when the sun's out.
-Upstairs: Your room, one other bedroom, and a shared bathroom.

Your Flatmates
-Giselle – quiet working professional, respectful and easy-going.
-Jack – also a working professional, relaxed and friendly.

It's a calm, quiet, and friendly home where everyone gets along well and respects each other's space.

Location
The flat is in one of the best spots in London for convenience while still being peaceful:
-3 minutes to Canada Water Station (Jubilee Line & Overground)
-2 minutes to Rotherhithe Overground
-10 minutes to London Bridge, 8 minutes to Canary Wharf, under 20 minutes to Bond Street

It really is the best of both worlds – central yet tucked away enough to feel quiet.
