Double room with own bathroom - River View Flat

I'm moving out of my double room in a lovely bright 2bed flat in Rotherhithe as I have bought a place. I'm very sad to leave as the flat is really nice with great river views and lots of green space nearby.

The Area & Transport:

We are 15min walk to Rotherhithe (Overground) & Canada Water (Jubilee) stations, or a quick 5min bus. We have 2 buses from right outside the flat - one going into Waterloo then Victoria and other towards London Bridge.

You can get to Greenwich & Canary Wharf easily. There is a small Tesco Express and Co-Op within minutes walking and bigger shops in Canada Water (5min bus or 20min walk away)

Flatmate & Landlord:

The other flatmate is a mid 30s female working in Law, she is very lovely and easy to live with. The flat is spacious so room for both to be in the flat without feeling in each others spaces. I WFH and use the living room as my work space so if needed you will be able to do the same. You can position to face the balcony & river views - makes wfh a lot nicer :)

The landlord is very communicative and fixes any issues very quickly, he also sends us presents at Christmas!

The room & bathroom:

The room has a new double bed (6months old), plenty of storage - 2x wardrobes & 1x chest of drawers.

You will have the main bathroom to yourself - there is a bath & a shower.
