Room to rent in Rotherhithe

Looking for a someone to take over my roommate's lease when he moves out at the start of April.

The room is a bright and spacious double with its own bathroom. The main living space is large and open plan kitchen and lounge space with a north-facing balcony (lots of sun).

The flat is a 10min walk from Canada Water Station (Jubilee) and Rotherhithe Station (Windrush) with frequent buses right outside the flat to London Bridge, Peckham, Elephant and Castle, etc.

I am French and I work in Finance in Canary Wharf 5 days a week. I am social, and open to living with anyone. I love football and music and a good bottle of wine.

Bills not included but are around £150 per month per person (council tax, electricity, water, etc.).
